I, the undersigned, participant in the Town of Telluride's Mountain Village CoolSculpt snow sculpture competition acknowledge that my participation in this event will be of benefit to me. I agree to carry out my duties as a participant reasonably and safely and to abide by the rules, regulations and procedural guidelines of the Town of Telluride's Mountain Village CoolSculpt snow sculpture competition.

I further agree that in participating in the Town of Telluride's Mountain Village CoolSculpt snow sculpture competition, I elect for myself, my heirs, successors and assigns to participate at my own risk. I hereby release, hold harmless and agree to make no claims against the Town of Telluride's Mountain Village or Mountain Video Productions, LLC snow sculpture competition, its affiliates, directors, members, volunteers, owners of properties on which the Town of Telluride's Mountain Village CoolSculpt snow sculpture competition events are to e held, representatives and assigns, for any liability arising from injury, loss or damage to reputation, or economic loss which I may sustain arising from my participation in the Town of Telluride's Mountain Village CoolSculpt snow sculpture competition, or any Town of Telluride's Mountain Village CoolSculpt snow sculpture competition sponsoring event or attendance at any Town of Telluride's Mountain Village CoolSculpt snow sculpture competition, function, meeting, event, venue, however caused, whether by negligence or otherwise.

Where the participant is a minor, the parent or guardian executing this waiver agrees to indemnify and save harmless the Town of Telluride's Mountain Village and Mountain Video Productions LLC, CoolSculpt snow sculpture competition, its officials, directors, employees, agents, sponsors, organizers, volunteers and owners of properties in which the Town of Telluride's Mountain Village CoolSculpt events are to be held from any and all claims which may be brought by or on behalf of the minor with respect to any such injury or damage sustained by such minor.
