Please furnish one 8 ½"x 11" sheet of drawings and test to further describe your proposal (use one side only). Your team name should be the only thing on the back of the sheet, for anonymity.

If your design is selected, you will be notified by phone
I would like to request information on the following:

A reception for the artists will be held, and at that time, teams will be assigned their sculpting locations and team-parking permit; at least one member of your team must be present. All teams must pay the $50.00 entry fee at the reception, or fees may be delivered.

Note: The sculpting will proceed regardless of the weather conditions. However, conditions will be taken into consideration by the judges during the judging. Winners will be announced at the awards celebration.
